After a 26-year career as a secondary school teacher, Bill Mack enrolled at the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his J.D. degree in 2009. During law school, Bill was an editor for the Journal of Environmental Law, a Rule 16 attorney in the Family Law Clinic and a research fellow at the Center for Families, Children and the Courts where he co-authored two literature surveys for the Maryland Administrative Office of the Courts on supervised visitation and custody evaluations. Bill’s work at the House of Ruth during the summer of 2008 was funded by a Maryland Legal Services Corporation summer grant for students working for the public interest. With a practice focus in Family Law and membership in the Civil Justice Network, Bill remains committed to the idea of providing quality legal representation at affordable rates to a broad variety of clients with a range of financial resources.
